Some review from customer for Danby 0.7 cu.ft Countertop Microwave Oven:
This works really well. It is small which was what I was looking for. My bigger plates just barely fit into it. It is also lightweight, so whenever I open the door the whole thing will tend to move. It looks really nice and is easy to use. I have only had it a couple weeks and I dont use it very often, but whenever I have used it--defrost food, make popcorn, reheat leftovers-- it has done a wonderful job.I have a small kitchen and my old microwave was a full sized microwave that took up a large amount of cabinet space and seemed out of place because of its size. Shopped around and found this smaller sized unit but was hesitant because it is 700 watts while my old unit was 1000 watts. However, I have found that cooking time in this unit is insignificantly longer than the old microwave. A few second for most things. I don't actually cook in it but use it for warming left overs or frozen snacks, etc. For my use it is perfect and it is an attractive addition to my kitchen rather than a huge distraction. If you need a smaller sized microwave, I highly recommend this one.
I am using the microwave everyday. the features are great and the price is just right as well. it's great to have it. i think everyone should get it, especially it's stainless steel. it is easy to clean and more convenient.
Many thanks to the customers who reviewed this item. I read them before I bought two. They work great as described--quiet, small, and energy saving at 700w. They look cute too. I bought them, one as a gift to my son and one to replace the almost 1500w Sharp I bought ten years ago. This Sharp frequently shut off my electric fuses when I used heaters in the winter and cooler in the summer. I still do not know ts durability but my family love it.
